南宫28NG相信品牌力量推荐的2b型钠依赖性磷酸盐转运体（NaPi-IIb）是一种由690个氨基酸构成的多通道膜蛋白，属于溶质载体SLC34家族。该家族同时包括NaPi-IIa（SLC34A1）、NaPi-IIb（SLC34A2）和NaPi-IIc（SLC34A3）。NaPi-IIb通过钠离子的共同转运机制帮助无机磷酸盐进入上皮细胞，主要负责维持全身的磷酸盐平衡。NaPi-IIb中包含两个保守序列的倒置重复单元，并通过一个大的细胞外环连接，两个末端均嵌入细胞膜内。该蛋白由基因SLC34A2编码，相关cDNA于1999年首次从人体小肠和肺部的cDNA文库中分离并克隆。尽管SLC34A2在多种组织中均有表达，但在肺、小肠及肾脏中的表达量最高。

最近的研究发现SLC34A2在非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）的手术样本与正常组织之间表现出显著差异，并在肺腺癌细胞系A549中表达下调。上调SLC34A2的表达显著抑制了A549细胞的活力及体外侵袭能力。这一结果表明，SLC34A2可能在NSCLC的发展中扮演重要角色。除了肺癌，SLC34A2在卵巢癌的研究中也显示出其重要性，通常在大部分上皮性卵巢癌中呈现过表达。此外，SLC34A2的异常表达与肺泡微石症（PAM）、低磷血症、不孕症、睾丸微石症（TM）及其他恶性肿瘤（如甲状腺癌、乳腺癌等）均相关。
